Why online and not a book?

| Charles Dickens |
During that time, most people couldn't afford a book. But many could afford - or get a used newspaper or magazine. For an entire generation, Charles Dickens helped create a new group of Readers. One's that waited eagerly for the next installment of their favorite story.
Now, I'm no Charles Dickens. Not by a long shot. But his concept intrigued me. Why not take that same concept and apply it to the digital millennium?
My hope is that you and your kids will eagerly await the next chapter and talk with each other about Janie and Emmie's Adventures.
Can I Participate in the Comments? Are they safe for kids?
The comments are meant to form a larger community where people can talk, share ideas, and think about what happens next. They are 100% moderated to make sure all content is safe for kids. Why do I have to "Sign In" to post a comment?
Basically, it eliminates the riff-raff from posting inappropriate items that then have to be looked through to find the real ones. I hope you understand. What about those Ads?
Much like the publications in the victorian era, I'm not charging for the book, but make money based on the advertising on the site. I try not to make it intrusive.Ads are targeted by Google and other advertising agencies and not by myself or the website. You can fine tune the kinds of ads that you are seeing on this website and across the web at Google's Ad Settings Page.
